Everybody Has A Role To Play In Transforming Healthcare

At Vituity you are part of a larger team that is driven by our purpose to improve lives. We are dedicated to transforming healthcare through our culture by working together to tackle healthcare's most pressing challenges from the inside.

Join the Vituity Team. At Vituity we've cultivated an environment where passion thrives, and success comes through shared purpose. We were founded in a culture that values team accomplishments more than individual achievements, an approach we call "culture of brilliance." Together, we leverage our strengths and experiences to make a positive impact in our local communities. We foster this through shared goals and helping our colleagues succeed, and we also understand the importance of recognition, taking the time to show appreciation and gratitude for a job well done.

The Opportunity

  • Leverage an existing portfolio of corporate, foundation, and high-net-worth individual (HNWI) relationships to secure new and repeat funding
  • Personally solicit, negotiate, and close major gifts and sponsorships ($50K-$1M+)
  • Develop and maintain active donor pipelines, tracking prospects from introduction through close
  • Execute tailored cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship plans for priority donors
  • Oversee the selection and implementation of fundraising technology platforms, including:

  • Digital donation and campaign platforms
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure systems support donor tracking, reporting, and compliance
  • Own the fundraising operating budget related to tools, platforms, and campaigns

  • Design and execute digital fundraising campaigns to complement relationship-based fundraising
  • Use digital campaigns to feed and expand the major gift pipeline
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics (conversion, average gift, donor retention) to refine execution
  • Coordinate timing and sequencing of campaigns with donor cultivation efforts
  • Translate clinical outcomes, program results, and impact data into compelling donor-facing narratives
  • Represent Vituity Cares Foundation externally with credibility and confidence
  • Prepare customized pitch materials, proposals, and executive-level donor briefings
  • Serve as a trusted external ambassador aligned with VCF's mission and values
