Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Real Estate Administrator to oversee corporate real estate sales. The responsibilities the Real Estate Administrator position include managing corporate real estate transactions including the de-commissioning of properties, marketing process and assist in the negotiation and closing sale process. Coordinate ongoing property monitoring to maintain security, safety, and condition of property. Manage and assist with leases and related documents, including legal review, enlisting outside counsel, tracking and proper accounting for leases.
Skills/Qualifications
Required
  • Knowledge of SAP
    Preferred
  • 1 year prior paralegal and/or corporate real estate experience
  • Knowledge or experience in accounting
