Join our winning team as a skilled Foundation Driller! As our newest team member, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to drill holes for concrete piers and footings. If you're looking for an exciting opportunity to showcase your expertise, this is the job for you!
Position Description
Job Responsibilities:
  • Operate crane-mounted drilling equipment to drill holes of specific sizes for concrete pier and footing
  • Determine the safety of the load and observe load hookup
  • Regulate crane and hoist movement by manipulating or depressing crane controls such as pedals, levers, and buttons
  • Use hoisting attachments such as hook, sling, electromagnet, or bucket as required by the load
  • Clean and maintain crane and hoisting mechanism
  • Daily inspection of crane for defective parts and notification of supervisor of any defects or malfunctions
  • Complete critical lift plan checklist and sign off upon completion

Position Requirements
Job Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in foundation drilling
  • Knowledge and ability to use crane-mounted drill attachments
  • Knowledge of construction practices in the foundation drilling industry
  • Possession of necessary tools and knowledge to work with drilling equipment
  • Knowledge of proper signals for crane work
