Type: Part TimeLocation: Falls Church VAOvertime Exempt: YesReports To: ARMADA HQSecurity Clearance Required: Secret*********************CONTINGENT UPON AWARD****************************Duties & Responsibilities:Maintain patient receiving site readiness, including entry of patients into the National Disaster Medical System (NDMS).The Policy Analyst will coordinate with external stakeholders to include identifying and recruitment of local non-federal hospitals for National Disaster Medical System enrollment and participationUtilize systems/databases such as TRAC2ES, JPATS and BUMED Portal For Readiness & Emergency Preparedness (PREP), ensuring proper access and information sharing.Other duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.Excellent written and oral communication skills. Minimum/General Experience:The Policy Analyst shall possess experience drafting, reviewing, and revising policies, SOPs, CONOPS, and implementation plans.The Policy Analyst shall possess advanced knowledge of DoD interagency coordination, policy development, and action officer responsibilities.Minimum Education:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Emergency Management, Security Studies, Public Policy, Information Security, or related discipline). Must possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience w/ degree.OR in lieu of degree, 10 years of progressively responsible experience.
