Job description

Job Title: Pool Technician (Independent Contractor)

Company: Florida’s Best Pools

Location: Southeast Florida (Boca Raton and Surrounding Areas)

Compensation: $18 Training/hour pay. $50-$80 monthly per maintained pool (35%-40% commission); $60k-$100k/yr potential.

Additional Compensation/Commissions: We also provide training for equipment repair, you can earn extra money doing pool equipment repair jobs and earn commissions for new pool signups.

We’re seeking motivated, reliable Pool Technicians to join our team, delivering crystal-clear pools to high-end homeowners. No experience? No problem—we provide full training to build real skills!

Job Description

As a Pool Technician, you’ll maintain and service residential pools, ensuring top-notch quality and customer satisfaction. Pool technicians earn 35%-40% of pool service revenue ($50-$80 per maintained pool). Work your own hours between 8 AM and 4 PM, Monday through Sunday (weekends optional). Some Techs choose to work 3-4 days a week.

Requirements

  • No degree or prior experience required—full training provided!
  • Ability to lift 75 pounds and work outdoors in South Florida weather.
  • Ideal age: 18-35; gym enthusiasts a plus (physical role).
  • Reliable, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Truck or truck like vehicle with rear ball hitch compatibility .
  • Valid driver’s license.
