TES Staffing, a local, privately owned Staffing and Recruiting company is actively looking for a Talent Acquisition pro join our team.
This role will support our mid size Rochester based clients, ranging from medical roles, IT, customer service, administration and finance.  In addition to the recruitment of staff, we also manage the day to day operations with our customers.  This is a white glove, high touch and fast paced role, one that is the cornerstone of our business.

Details:
  • Hours:  During Training: Monday – Friday 8a-5p. 
  • Compensation: We pay a base salary (weekly, starting at $20/hr and Dependant on experience) with a commission (monthly) for any successful hiring placements
  • Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Short and Long Term Disability, 401k, Profit Sharing, Holidays + PTO.
