The Revenue Enablement Technology Specialist supports the administration, optimization, and adoption of revenue enablement technologies that improve seller productivity, effectiveness, and performance. This role partners with sales, enablement, operations, and technology teams to manage platforms, support users, maintain content, deliver reporting and insights, and assist with sales technology initiatives. The specialist helps drive tool adoption, supports change management, and implements enhancements that enable revenue growth.
  • Own day-to-day administration and governance of revenue enablement technologies and supporting sales tools, including platform maintenance, configuration activities, system integrations, user access, content management, and troubleshooting. Proactively ensure platforms are maintained, users are supported, and issues are resolved or escalated to sustain reliable technology operations.
  • Own assigned components of the Revenue Enablement technology roadmap, including system enhancements, testing, technology releases, pilot programs, and implementation activities. Drive execution, coordinate timelines and stakeholders, identify risks or dependencies, and ensure assigned initiatives are completed accurately and on schedule
  • Lead the development and ongoing analysis of technology usage, adoption metrics, engagement data, and platform effectiveness to evaluate business impact and seller productivity. Translate data into actionable insights, executive-ready reporting, and recommendations that inform technology strategy, improve adoption, and support continuous optimization of revenue enablement tools.
  • Partners with Revenue Enablement, Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Technology to gather business requirements and support technology improvement initiatives.
  • Lead user support and adoption efforts for revenue enablement technologies by identifying recurring issues, resolving or escalating user needs, and reinforcing resources that improve proficiency, adoption, and effective tool usage.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for user questions and technology support needs, escalating issues as appropriate and helping drive resolution. Assist with change management initiatives related to technology implementations, enhancements, and process improvements including user guides and technology-related procedures.
  • Maintain awareness of revenue enablement technologies, sales productivity tools, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting business applications, sales technologies, learning platforms, or enablement technologies, platform management and industry trends
  • Basic understanding of sales processes, sales technology ecosystems, or sales or revenue enablement disciplines.
  • Experience with change management. Must be a driver of change with a bias for action.
  • Experience analyzing data and creating reports using technology platforms and productivity tools.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older

Preferred Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Experience: 3+ years in Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Learning & Development, Sales, Marketing, or a related function.

Technology and Change Management: Experience with enablement technologies such as Seismic, Highspot, Showpad, Allego, Gong, Chorus, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Copilot, or similar platforms; experience supporting technology rollouts, user adoption initiatives, or change management efforts.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and take ownership of assigned projects.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams, communicate effectively, and adapt to a dynamic B2B sales environment.
  • Comfortable succeeding in ambiguous, evolving, and self-directed situations
