Location: Williston, North Dakota

Description
WISCO is hiring a Flowback Night Supervisor to lead nightly well testing and flowback operations. This role oversees crews, ensures safe and efficient job execution, and delivers high-quality service to meet customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise flowback operations, including rig-up/rig-down
  • Lead and support crew members to ensure safe, efficient work
  • Determine equipment needs and proper setup based on job requirements
  • Monitor equipment performance and maintain accurate job documentation
  • Enforce safety policies, SOPs, and QA/QC standards
  • Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure readiness for upcoming jobs
  • Maintain strong communication with customers and internal teams

Requirements
  • Flowback/well testing experience required; leadership experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of oilfield equipment and safety practices
  • Ability to lead crews and problem-solve in the field
  • Valid driver's license
