Job description


FB Partners Commissions Supervisor

To ensure exceptional customer service, efficient agency operations, regulatory compliance, and the timely administration of carrier commission income. To serve as a key liaison between agency leadership, producers, carriers, accounting and customer service staff to support agency growth, retention, and profitability.

Oversee the receipt, reconciliation, and tracking of agency commission statements from insurance carriers.

Review commission reports for accuracy and resolve discrepancies with carriers and accounting staff.

Monitor commission receivables and identify missing or delayed commission payments.

Maintain commission records within agency management systems and accounting platforms.

Generate commission reports for agency leadership and producers.

Assist in developing and maintaining producer compensation and commission tracking processes.

Required
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Insurance, or related field required or equivalent experience may be considered.
Minimum 5 years of insurance agency experience.
Active Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred or ability to obtain within a designated timeframe.

Preferred
Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
Experience with commission reconciliation, agency accounting, or carrier commission reporting is strongly preferred.
Experience working in an independent insurance agency environment preferred.
Active Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred or ability to obtain within a designated timeframe.
