Facility:
This independent, physician-led health system is nationally recognized for quality by The Joint Commission, Becker's, Newsweek, and Healthgrades, and offers local decision-making and practice autonomy. The facility features a newly expanded, ACS-designated Comprehensive Community Cancer Care Center with dedicated medical and radiation oncology, additional infusion suites and exam rooms, a new linear accelerator and CT simulator, and a board-certified oncology pharmacist onsite. Providers also benefit from access to Mayo Clinic Care Network eConsults, eBoards, AskMayoExpert, and Grand Rounds, as well as full specialty support across 54 specialties.

Board Certified / Board Eligible - Hematology Oncology
Job Details:
  • Join a growing cancer program with an established referral base including breast, colon, lung, and prostate cancers
  • Four clinic days per week plus one remote administrative day
  • 50% Hematology / 50% Oncology split
  • Join a collaborative team of 3 Hematology/Oncology physicians and 2 APPs
  • 1:4 inpatient call schedule with additional call compensation
  • 24/7 hospitalist and intensivist coverage available
  • Access to clinical trials, genetic counseling, and patient navigation services
  • Radiation Oncology, Infusion Therapy, Laboratory, and Pharmacy services onsite
  • Nutrition Services, Social Work, Tumor Registry, and Gynecologic Oncology available onsite
  • Ohio medical license required (or willingness to obtain)
  • Must be truly Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility) or Board Certified in both Hematology and Medical Oncology
  • PSLF-eligible, hospital-employed position
