Job description

Overview

Hematologist/Oncologist position at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital – Plymouth (Plymouth, Massachusetts). This hospital-employed role focuses on outpatient care with inpatient consult responsibilities in a busy infusion service.

Responsibilities

The practice includes five physicians and two nurse practitioners, with a four-day workweek and an average daily census of 15–18 patients, plus approximately two inpatient consults during call. Call responsibilities are shared among the group. The program utilizes Epic as its EMR. The care team provides on-site radiation oncology with a state-of-the-art linear accelerator and SRS capabilities. The Cancer Center and Breast Center are CoC-accredited with the Commission on Cancer Outstanding Achievement Award.

Qualifications

Board Certified or Board Eligible Hematologist/Oncologist.
