This position demands a seasoned professional with substantial experience in numerous areas of law which a large employer finds itself confronted with on a daily basis. The person who obtains this position MUST have demonstrated experience with a minimum of 15 years as an attorney with substantial experience in the following areas: a) Business Transactional; b) Regulatory Compliance; c) Legislative; d) Employment Law; e) Law Firm Management.
