Strategic Initiatives Program Manager (L&D Focus)
  1. Duration: Strategic contract (Potential to extend into 2027)

Act as the central "quarterback" for complex, cross-functional Learning & Development (L&D) strategic initiatives, establishing structure, governance, and operating mechanisms from scratch.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead high-priority strategic programs (e.g., expert model transitions, new L&D delivery motions).
  2. Establish program frameworks, governance, charters, objectives, key success metrics, and work-back plans.
  3. Represent L&D interests within larger enterprise cross-functional initiatives.
  4. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, instructional designers, and delivery platforms to execute complex programs on time.

  1. Proven track record in Program Management or Strategic PMO execution without relying on a pre-existing playbook.
  2. Deep familiarity with Learning & Development (L&D) ecosystem components (instructional design, delivery mechanisms, learning platforms).
  3. Adaptable to multiple delivery methodologies (Agile, Lean, Hybrid) based on broader initiative requirements.
  4. Strong cross-functional alignment and stakeholder management skills.
  5. Note: Off-hours global shift coverage is not required for India-based operational programs.
