LASERS administers retirement and related benefits for more than 150,000 members and their families, guided by a mission to provide a sound retirement plan through prudent management and exceptional service. The systems this position protects and maintains are central to delivering on that promise.
Reporting within IT management, the IT Technical Support Supervisor oversees the network, server, and telephony infrastructure that keep LASERS running.
