Job description

We’re seeking a motivated and competitive Call Center Representative to join our high-performing home services team. This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and enjoys connecting with potential customers to schedule qualified appointments. Leads will be provided.
 
This is a Full-time, onsite position located in Phoenix, AZ. The role offers a base pay of $20 per hour, with the potential to earn uncapped commissions and performance incentives.

You Will:
  • Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company to engage potential customers and set qualified appointments for our outside sales team to attend.
  • Effectively communicate value propositions and overcome objections
  • Book qualified appointments and support sales conversions
  • Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM Service Titan (CRM experience a plus)
  • Maintain high call volume and follow-up standards
  • Bring high energy consistently
  • Identify and report customer feedback, issues, or improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with the team and leadership to continuously improve performance
  • Take and apply feedback constructively to improve skills and outcomes
You Bring:
  • 1-3 years of call center sales or marketing experience (required)
  • Ability to work a flexible work schedule
  • Reliable transportation
  • Receptive to coaching, feedback, and continuous improvement
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Experience using phone systems and/or dialers (preferred)
  • Residential water treatment experience is a strong plus
  • Service Titan experience is a strong plus
