Position Summary:

At DiStefano Insurance, weโ€™re proud to be one of the leading independent insurance agencies in the area, with a history of integrity and exceptional service dating back to 1931. Our team is growing, and weโ€™re looking for a talented Personal Lines Sales representative to join our dynamic and forward-thinking organization.

The Personal Lines Sales representative is responsible for taking inbound calls to sell our products while working closely with other insurance team members to maintain customer relationships. This position offers a base salary, commissions, bonuses and a competitive benefits package, including paid time off, health insurance, and 401(k).

What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Focus on sales and customer acquisition.
  • Reach out to lost clients, or current clients to offer additional coverage to consider.
  • Identify centers of influence and use networking to generate new business activity in addition to the inbound phone call leads.
  • Participate in sales meetings to discuss sales activity to ensure monthly sales goals are met.
  • Educate clients and prospects to build trust and demonstrate the value of our agency.
  • Ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction through strong organization and follow-through

  • Active Property & Casualty license (preferred)
  • Prior experience in an insurance agency setting (preferred)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
