Insurance Sales Producer | Base + Uncapped Commission | Maple Grove, MN

You must have direct experience working inside a State Farm or American Family Insurance agency.

Not adjacent. Not "I sold insurance once." Inside a captive agency. If that's you keep reading. This could be exactly what you've been looking for.

We're a small, tight team that takes pride in doing right by our clients and we invest heavily in marketing, leads, and the tools that help our people win.

We generate the leads. You close them.


The Role

You'll work inbound and outbound leads across auto, home, and life insurance. You know the products. You know the process. You know how to have a real conversation with someone who's never thought twice about their coverage and leave them feeling protected, not pressured.


This isn't a "smile and dial" role. It's a producer position for someone who understands that trust closes more deals than tactics.


You're The One If:


  • You've worked inside a State Farm or American Family captive agency (non-negotiable)
  • You have a proven track record of closing not just quoting
  • You thrive in a base + commission structure because you back your own ability
  • You're hungry, coachable, and take ownership of your results
  • You can build genuine relationships not just pipelines
  • You're licensed or able to get licensed quickly in Minnesota

Compensation & Benefits


  • Base Salary $40,000 $50,000 DOE Commission Uncapped top performers earning $80,000$100,000 + Paid Time Off accrued after successful completion of probationary period

Responsibilities

  • Work inbound and outbound leads across auto, home, and life insurance
  • Conduct needs-based sales conversations and close new business
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships from first quote through policy delivery
  • Follow up consistently with prospects using a structured outreach cadence
  • Cross-sell and bundle policies to maximize coverage and client retention
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and pipeline activity
  • Meet and exceed monthly production goals
  • Represent the agency with professionalism in every client touchpoint

Requirements

Requirements

  • Prior experience inside a State Farm or American Family Insurance agency required, no exceptions
  • Active Minnesota Property & Casualty license (Life & Health a plus)
  • Proven track record of closing new business, not just quoting
  • Comfortable with and motivated by a base + commission pay structure
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter who takes ownership of their results and pipeline
  • Ability to work full-time, in-person in Maple Grove, MN
  • Coachable, detail-oriented, and accountable to production goals
  • Reliable personal transportation required
