Purpose

Collect, compile, analyze and report financial results of the organization.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Operate as a business partner and key point of contact for Commercial team on all financial reporting and analysis.
  • Manage rebate programs and provide insight and analysis on any upcoming changes and/or new programs.
  • Collects, compiles, analyzes and reports financial results of the organization. This includes sales, profits and working capital of Lincoln Cleveland.
  • Assists in preparing and organizing monthly Business Reviews.
  • Prepares monthly sales rebate, commission and royalty calculations. Records journal entries and completes account reconciliations supporting these activities.
  • Provide updates and analysis on rebate programs, customer and channel performance, and product level performance.
  • Assists in supporting internal/self and external audits.
  • Identify opportunities for and help implement process improvements to drive faster and more accurate outcomes and expand capacity.
  • Assists in the supporting completion of physical inventories conducted at Cleveland plant locations.
  • Participates in staff and individual meetings on an ongoing basis for the purposes of effective teamwork, enhanced communication and progressive cooperation strategies within the department as well as other departments across the company such as Sales, Corporate Finance and IT.
  • Supports ad hoc reporting requests.
  • Assumes additional responsibilities as needed or directed in support of the Company's RISE Strategy.
  • Support CapEx process and Post-CAR review process.
Basic Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in the field in finance or accounting.
  • Minimum five years of related experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office including: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Hyperion Enterprise and SAP a plus.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook.
  • Must possess excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines.
  • Must possess a high degree of flexibility and demonstrate the ability to perform numerous tasks and assignments concurrently.
  • Must possess a keen attention to detail and promote high quality standards.
