Overview
The Director of Capture Management is a senior individual contributor on TekSynap's growth team, serving as the single point of accountability for winning their assigned pursuits — among the most complex and highest-value opportunities in TekSynap's pipeline. This role owns the full capture lifecycle — from opportunity identification and customer shaping in collaboration with business development, through competitive strategy, teaming, and proposal hand-off — across a concurrent portfolio of federal IT pursuits across civilian agencies including DHS, HHS, DOJ, DOT, Treasury, and other non-defense departments pursuits.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role on TekSynap's growth leadership team, reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer. The Director of Capture Management is expected to operate with senior autonomy and bring best-in-class capture discipline to every assigned pursuit — driving customer intimacy, competitive differentiation, and Pwin at the highest level of rigor. Success requires deep federal acquisition expertise, a proven record of winning complex full-and-open procurements, and the executive presence to lead strategy sessions and government engagements at the C-suite level.
