Job description

Description
We are a growing Southern California foundation repair, seismic retrofit, and drainage company hiring a Foundation Repair Sales Representative to generate and close foundation repair projects. You will build relationships with real estate agents, work company-provided leads (about three per day), and self-generate through door-knocking around active job sites.
Compensation: $16.50/hour base (California minimum) plus 10% commission on every sale, with an average project around $12,500 and strong earning potential for a proven closer.

Key Responsibilities

• Work company-provided leads (about three per day) from first contact to close
• Self-generate at least one additional lead per day through door-knocking and follow-up near active job sites
• Build and maintain referral relationships with real estate agents
• Present and sell foundation repair solutions to homeowners
• Maintain a close rate of at least 30 percent
• Track pipeline and activity in the CRM

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Several years of combined construction and sales experience
• Existing foundation repair and drainage industry knowledge, able to step in with minimal training
• Proven closer comfortable with in-home and field sales
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willing to door-knock and work active job-site neighborhoods
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
