Job description

A multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering and construction firm is seeking a Waterproofing Consultant to help expand their roofing and wall design services in Austin, TX.

Your Day Includes:

  • Providing technical expertise in roofing, waterproofing, and building envelope systems
  • Conducting condition assessments and preparing remedial designs for commercial and residential buildings
  • Overseeing construction administration to ensure quality, compliance, and successful project delivery
  • Performing forensic investigations to identify causes of water intrusion and building envelope failures

Must Haves:

  • Technical degree (Bachelor's or higher) in engineering, architecture, construction management or a closely related discipline
  • Expertise in roofing, waterproofing and building envelope systems, with a PE or RA license preferred
  • Experience in repair and re-construction, design and project management of apartments, condominiums, and commercial and government buildings
