Job Description Jr. Data Analyst Location: Onsite - Indianapolis, IN Pay: Up to $45K Direct Hire Pinnacle Partners is assisting our client in their search for a Jr. Data Analyst to join their growing data team in the Indianapolis, IN area.

This person will support the company's transition from manual to automated reporting by cleansing and validating data that has been extracted from their ERP system into SQL Server. RESPONSIBILITIES: Transcribe information from paper forms, PDFs, or audio files into spreadsheets, databases, and core software systems Cross-check entered data against source documents to detect and correct typos, missing values, or duplicate entries Generate basic summaries, lists, and tables using MS Excel, Power BI, or AI assistants like Claude Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive customer records, financial data, and proprietary company files Promptly report major source document discrepancies or system bugs to managers and team leaders REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree Strong experience moving and sorting data within MS Excel Ability and willingness to sift through data, find errors, and follow steps to repair and cleanse data errors PREFERRED SKILLS: Experience with SQL and a visualization tool like Power BI Experience with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs TERMS: This is a direct hire opportunity with a salary up to $45K based on experience.
