Digital Forensics Corp, a national industry leader in the exciting field of digital forensics, is currently hiring full-time Dedicated Account Representatives for their Cleveland, Ohio location.


Digital Forensics Corp works with corporations, attorneys, private investigators, and individuals to uncover digital evidence to support civil, criminal and business investigations. Digital Forensics Corp is dynamic North American leader in an industry currently experiencing rapid growth, with offices across the United States and Canada. Digital Forensics Corp offers employees the opportunity to learn and advance within the company, while learning about the leading-edge technology associated with cyber-security and digital forensics.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of digital forensics services
  • Answer inbound calls with authority and professionalism
  • Maintain positive relationship with clients
  • Manage sales cue effectively
  • Respond to client inquiries and follow up in timely manner

Requirements

  • 1+ years Experience in Sales preferred, (Technical sales is a plus)
  • Previous Customer Service experience preferred.
  • Call Center experience a plus
  • Basic Computer skills (including Word ,Excel and Outlook)
  • Rapid learner - able to learn and has the desire to learn
  • Self-motivated
  • Engaging Personality with strong communication, presentation & listening skills
  • Positive attitude and the ability to work well individually, as well as within a team
  • Pleasant and professional demeanor in all client communications
  • Maintain a professional appearance
  • Excellent English language skills, in both written and verbal communications
