Job description

GTM (Go to Market) / Commercial Lead Gynesis Platform — Neuromodulation Business Unit

on site in Park City, Utah

Caldera Medical’s Mission - To Improve the Quality of Life for Women! About Caldera Medical

Caldera Medical is committed to improving the quality of life for women worldwide through innovative, minimally invasive pelvic health solutions. Our Neuromodulation Business Unit is advancing the Gynesis platform, bringing a new generation of connected device technology to the clinicians and patients who will rely on it.

The Opportunity

This is the senior commercial owner for Gynesis — responsible for the end-to-end go-to-market strategy, including an education-led, pre-clearance-compliant go-live on January 1, 2027. This role is tasked to stand up the Gynesis commercial engine, including building the brand and demand-generation foundation, and building and leading the GTM team. As clearance line-of-sight firms up, this person hands scaled execution to growth and performance marketing hires, delivering the revenue expectations from day one.

What You'll Do
  • Own the Gynesis commercial strategy and lead the education-led market entry, culminating in the January 2027 go-live.
  • Build the three-pillar commercial engine: direct-to-consumer (DTC) demand generation, physician / channel partnerships, and business development / licensing.
  • Build the brand, positioning, and content engine, keeping all pre-clearance messaging education-led and compliant with regulatory guidance.
  • Establish physician and KOL partnerships and the awareness engine ahead of clearance.
  • Own pricing strategy and the reimbursement / market-access narrative.
  • Stand up the DTC marketing infrastructure (website, content, paid, email, analytics) and the metrics to manage it (CAC, conversion, adherence).
  • Build and lead the go-to-market team, scaling execution to specialist marketing hires as commercialization ramps.
  • Partner with clinical, regulatory, and product to align the commercial plan with the clearance timeline and product roadmap.
  • Explore alternative channels, such as large distributors.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • 10+ years of consumer-health, medical-device, or femtech commercial leadership at the Director level.
  • DTC and physician-channel strategy experience; fluency in regulated (pre-clearance) marketing.
  • Brand and demand-generation build experience; comfort operating pre-revenue.
  • Pricing and reimbursement storytelling — able to build the market-access narrative alongside the commercial plan.
  • Track record building and leading a commercial / GTM team.
  • Women's health or wearables experience a plus.
Why This Role Matters

This role is being hired ahead of clearance, with a mandate to build rather than just execute against an established playbook. The three-pillar commercial engine, the brand, and the go-to-market team don't exist yet — this person creates them, in a regulated pre-clearance environment where messaging discipline is as important as commercial creativity.

Competitive Compensation, Comprehensive Benefits, and more!
  • Medical and Dental Benefits for employee and family members
  • Vision Coverage
  • 401(k) with 4% matching contributions after 90 days of employment
  • Basic Life and AD&D
  • Unlimited Vacation Policy
  • 6 Weeks Paid Maternity Leave
  • 10 paid holidays
  • Being surrounded by amazing people!

(This role is being filled directly by our in-house recruiting team. We are not working with outside agencies for this position.)

Our Culture- Where Career and Passion come together!
  • A Culture of family and team… not a corporate goliath where you’re just another number.
  • All employees get a seat at the table and have influence with management. We care about giving back to the community. Our team donates time to helping local charities throughout Southern California.
  • The Women’s Health Initiative is the heart of what we do, every day we put underprivileged women first.
  • Our goal is to treat 1 million women suffering from incontinence by 2027!
Who is Caldera Medical?

Caldera Medical is dedicated to improving the quality of life for women through innovative surgical solutions for stress urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, polyps, and fibroids.

Our products are trusted by surgeons worldwide, and our commitment extends beyond medical advancements. We foster strong partnerships with surgeons and lead the largest humanitarian program in women’s health, aiming to provide treatment to one million underserved women by 2027.

Guided by integrity, we prioritize patients, customers, employees, and the community over profit. As the fastest-growing women’s health company, we remain committed to expanding education and access to life-changing care for women everywhere.
