This is a hands-on opportunity to shape marketing strategy, make timely and informed decisions, strengthen brand visibility, and help connect clients with solutions that make their work easier, smarter, and more effective.

The right Marketing Manager will enjoy variety, collaboration, creative problem-solving, making sound decisions, managing time effectively, and turning ideas into clear, measurable action.

Requirements

Responsibilities and Expectations

  • Brand and Platform Strategy: Develop and manage the company's marketing strategy for its core service platform, ensuring brand assets, messaging, and collateral are consistent, current, organized, and documented across all channels.
  • Go-to-Market Planning: Build, document, prioritize, and execute go-to-market plans for new geographic markets, service lines, and business initiatives, including market research, launch planning, and post-launch analysis.
  • Client Acquisition: Design and manage scalable campaigns that create a measurable, repeatable process for generating qualified leads and attracting new clients.
  • Client Relationship Marketing: Develop structured communication programs for current clients that highlight services, share value-based updates, and strengthen long-term partnerships.
  • Event and Community Marketing: Plan and manage a predictable calendar for company events, community engagement, and executive-level networking opportunities while keeping timelines, details, and communication on track.
  • Executive Thought Leadership: Coordinate content development and distribution that shares executive insights on emerging technology, security, business process improvement, and related industry topics.
  • Sales Alignment: Partner with sales leadership to build and maintain sales enablement materials, support lead handoff processes, and make timely decisions that keep marketing and sales priorities aligned.
  • Marketing Operations and Measurement: Manage marketing platforms, data hygiene, process automation, campaign reporting, and return-on-investment tracking.
  • Process and Communication: Document marketing processes, manage deadlines, organize priorities, communicate progress clearly, and support continuous improvement across marketing activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of B2B marketing experience, with a required focus on technology solutions or professional services.
  • Expert-level proficiency building, managing, and optimizing modern marketing automation and CRM platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience designing, documenting, and executing processes for launching or rebranding products, services, or service lines.
  • Experience creating structured, repeatable go-to-market plans for new market entry, including research, launch execution, and post-launch analysis.
  • Proven ability to build marketing systems, messaging, and content strategies for senior-level and executive audiences.
  • Expertise in demand generation, content marketing, digital marketing, campaign performance measurement, and client engagement.
  • Strong writing, communication, organization, project management, decision-making, time management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Relevant marketing, digital advertising, analytics, project management, CRM, or marketing automation certifications are preferred.
