Part-time Data Entry/Office Assistant

We are an Insurance/Customer Service Firm located in Greatwood, TX, USA. We have several Data Entry/Admin positions open. Applicant should have an excellent work attitude with all calls, co-workers, and walk in clients. Bilingual is preferred (Spanish/ Arabic). You would be trained in the data entry system and the application process for clients. This position requires a detail oriented, high energy person who is able to work as a team member.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Data entry
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Calling existing clients / New Clients
  • Helping with payroll / Book Keeping
  • Knowledge of Basic Data Entry & General Computer Knowledge
  • Professional Phone Etiquette
  • Bilingual a Plus
  • Effective Communications Skills
  • No experience is necessary.
  • Training available.

We are very flexible to your needs but if necessary you must be available to work on weekends, overtime and holidays as required only during some short busy periods.
