We are seeking a highly motivated F-35 Electronic Warfare Officer in support of HQ ACC/A5F F-35 System Management Office (SMO). This individual reports directly to the Operations Branch Chief, ACC/A5FO at HQ ACC/A5F and is aligned under the ACC/A5 Requirements Directorate. Responsibilities * Assist HQ ACC in the management, execution, planning, programming, and staffing actions associated with the F-35 program. * Provide program continuity, technical and analytical assistance in the preparation and presentation of background papers, briefings, General Officer (GO) correspondence, and other responses to requests for information (RFI) on F-35 program-related issues to include operational requirements. * Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) and represent HQ ACC/A5F on USAF F-35A Electronic Warfare issues. Responsible for providing and assisting in the development of requirements documents in support of the acquisition process. * Manage and prepare budgets and briefings used during the Program Objectives Memorandum (POM) cycle. * Support to the Operational Advisory Group (OAG) representative for the USAF. Provides Subject Matter Expertise (SME) on the employment of the F-35 for the Operating Forces of the USAF SME for the following F-35 requirements: * Mission Data (MD) Reprogramming * SME supporting United States Reprogramming Laboratory (USRL) * Define operational MD requirements * Intelligence Mission Data (IMD) * In support of USRL reprogramming requirements * F-35 Sensors * APG-81 Radar * Electronic Protection (EP) * Electronic Attack (EA) * ASQ-239 Electronic Warfare (EW) System * Radar Warning (RW) * Electronic Attack (EA) * Electronic Support Measures (ESM) * Multi-ship Geolocation * Distributed Aperture System (DAS) * Electro-Optical Targeting System (EOTS) * Advanced Radio Frequency (RF) and Infra-Red (IR) Countermeasures requirements * Chaff * Flares * Decoys * Munitions Working Group / Non-Nuclear Annual Analysis (NCAA) * F-35 Non-Traditional Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (NTISR) requirements * Data Record * Interoperability * Tactical Data Recording Capability * Develop and prepare resource documentation and databases to support USAF F-35A program execution to include annual beddown plans (ironflow), flying hour requirements and projections, system requirements, and annual USAF procurement requests. * Assist in tracking and analyzing trends, user requirements, and other key issues and develop documentation to support F-35A site activation requirements while identifying and mitigating risks associated with site activation and introduction of the F-35A Air Vehicle System. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university. * Three (3) years' experience on USAF MAJCOM or higher Air Force level staff (combination of active duty, Government service, or Contractor) in operations, or working specific program or subject area of the specific A5/8/9 mission area being tasked * Ten (10) years of relevant experience * Top Secret clearance, SCI and SAP-eligible, Rated * Travel: Requires frequent travel within the Contiguous United States (CONUS) and occasionally Outside the Contiguous United States (OCONUS). Schedule * Core hours are from 0800-1700 M-F - you can work with your customer leadership to set hours * You can flex time during the 2 week pay cycle - avoid using PTO for appointments * A compressed work schedule may be available at the discretion of work center leadership (i.e. 4/10 or 9/80) Why ASRC?
