TennMax America Inc. is a worldwide leader in electronic components for Aerospace and Military industries, and is headquartered in Vancouver, WA. We are looking for a dedicated, detailโ€‘oriented candidate to join our manufacturing operations team.

This role is essential to ensuring accurate order processing, clear communication, and seamless coordination between our customers and production teams, and it includes comprehensive onโ€‘theโ€‘job training.


Candidates must be able to commute to our Vancouver, WA headquarters and work onโ€‘site Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary customer contact for order inquiries, updates, and issue resolution
  • Enter, review, and manage customer orders within our ERP system with accuracy
  • Coordinate closely with manufacturing, scheduling, and shipping to plan production and meet delivery requirements
  • Monitor job progress and proactively communicate lead times, changes, or delays
  • Support customers with product information, order status updates, and documentation
  • Assist with various operational and administrative duties to ensure efficient workflow across departments


Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact professionally with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
