We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative. This position will be located onsite in our Agawam, MA branch.


Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll help customers feel heard, supported, and confident in the solutions we provide. You’ll guide them through scheduling, answer questions, and ensure they receive the exceptional service Waltham is known for. You’ll work closely with our branch teams, helping keep operations running smoothly and creating a positive experience from start to finish.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver exceptional support to both customers and internal teams, ensuring every interaction reflects Waltham’s commitment to service
  • Build and manage daily schedules to keep tasks, projects, and service appointments running smoothly
  • Assist with Accounts Receivable and Collections by updating account activity and supporting follow‑up efforts
  • Proactively communicate with customers, providing timely updates, answers, and follow‑through
  • Stay informed on our services and solutions so you can confidently share accurate information
  • Maintain detailed and organized records using customer service software and internal systems
  • Respond to inbound leads and referrals to help drive new business opportunities
  • Partner with management to establish expectations, meet deadlines, and support branch goals
  • Coordinate service routes to maximize technician efficiency and ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Support the onboarding of new team members by assisting with training when needed
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail while managing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
