🏥 Facility: BayCare Health System, BayCare Medical Group (BMG)
🕒 Shift: Days | Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Hours may vary)
📅 Schedule: Full-Time
📄 Status: Non-Exempt | Remote Work: Not eligible

BayCare's top priority is the health and well-being of our communities as Tampa Bay's leading multi-specialty group with more than 600 providers practicing 45 specialties across over 175 outpatient locations throughout the Tampa Bay and west central Florida regions.
Job Summary
Supports the physician office healthcare team by delivering patient-centered care in a clinical practice setting. Independently cares for a group of patients using the nursing process and established clinical standards. Delegates appropriate patient care activities, ensures quality care delivery, and collaborates with providers and care team members to support efficient clinical operations.
Role Overview
As an RN Medical Group team member, you will provide high-quality patient care within a cardiology office, support provider workflows, and ensure efficient clinic operations.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting the physician office healthcare team in delivering patient care
  • Independently caring for a group of patients using the nursing process and clinical standards
  • Delegating appropriate patient care activities to clinical support staff
  • Collaborating with providers and team members to ensure efficient patient flow
  • Maintaining high standards of patient care and safety
  • Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education
Required:
  • Technical Diploma in Nursing OR Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Experience
Required:
  • 1 year of licensed RN experience

Preferred:
  • 1 year of medical office experience
  • 1 year Cardiology experience
Licensure / Certification
Required:
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) License - Florida Department of Health
