Business Development Consultant - Lead Generator & Community Connector (Eden Prairie, MN and surrounding area)
Exit Factor of Minnetonka is looking for a high-energy Business Development Consultant who thrives on building relationships with small and mid-sized business owners. This is a 1099 commission-only roleideal for someone who loves networking, generating leads, and owning their income potential.
If you're motivated, great with people, and good at creating conversations that turn into opportunities, you will excel here.
What You'll Do
  • Generate 20-30 qualified leads per month from local business owners
  • Network with CPAs, lenders, wealth advisors, attorneys, and other referral partners
  • Attend community events, business groups, networking functions, and owner meetups
  • Conduct discovery conversations with business owners
  • Close 3 or more Exit Assessments per month
  • Use our CRM to manage your pipeline and follow up efficiently
  • Build your own market presence with full brand and marketing support from Exit Factor
