Responsibilities & Job Duties (including, but not limited to):
  • Must be a hunter and direct contributor to the sales process
  • Prospect for and qualify potential sales opportunities
  • Make outbound communications/mine for new leads and respond to inbound leads
  • Meet with prospects to understand their needs and educate them about TFL's SaaS products/solutions
  • Document all prospect interactions through the company CRM (HubSpot)
  • Contribute to outlining commercial terms for prospects
  • Support the business development and partner success teams
  • Become a champion for TFL's SaaS products and an expert in our value proposition
  • Understand the TFL client lifecycle and full onboarding process
  • Limited travel (to conferences, HQ, prospects, and partners, as needed)

Qualifications:
  • Experience in sales or business development, selling SaaS solutions
  • Experience with B2B and B2B2C sales processes (business-to-business and business-to-business-to-consumer)
  • Proven success at meeting and exceeding goals/metrics
  • Comfortable making outgoing sales calls, cold calls, and meeting a call quota
  • Must be comfortable reaching out to executive/decision makers (C-level, VP, SVP)
  • Solutions seller - strong problem solver/ability to listen and understand a prospect's needs and sell SaaS solutions that are built to solve those needs
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong work ethic/ability to be productive with minimal oversight
  • Proficient computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with HubSpot and Zoom preferred
  • National sales experience preferred, global sales experience is a plus
  • Being a fan of live events is a plus
  • Potential to grow into a more senior business development team member
