FLORIDA RECOVERY SYSTEMS

Repossession Specialist 


Are you a licensed recovery agent looking for an exciting opportunity with a rapidly growing recovery agency? Do you have a strong drive and motivation to succeed? If so, we want to hear from you!

At Florida Recovery Systems, we pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence and our outstanding track record in the recovery industry. Our team is expanding, and we are looking for dedicated professionals to join us in achieving our mission.


Key Responsibilities:

- Locate and recover assigned assets

- Conduct thorough investigations to locate debtors and collateral

- Communicate effectively with clients and debtors

- Maintain accurate records of recovery activities

- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations


Requirements:

- Valid recovery agent license - Preferred by Not Required - Willing To Train

- Proven experience in asset recovery

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail                                            

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Self-driven and highly motivated

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

- Ability to pass onboarding requirements including a background check and drug screening.
