DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Configure and maintain the service accounts, permissions, and data-access scoping (e.g., SharePoint libraries/lists, Microsoft Graph) that AI agent projects depend on, following least-privilege practices and looping in IT leadership before expanding a project's data access
  • Partner with IT staff to capture existing troubleshooting knowledge (KBAs, Scribes, standard workflows) and translate it into structured inputs an AI agent can use
  • Test AI tool integrations (e.g., Microsoft 365/SharePoint AI connectors, ChatGPT, Claude) for reliability and accuracy before they are rolled out to the team
  • Maintain clear, current documentation of AI projects, proof-of-concept results, and key decisions for IT leadership and future maintainers
  • Support and help expand the IT team's centralized meeting-transcript and knowledge repository Assist with automating repetitive data-entry and data-parsing tasks (e.g., email and website data parsing) for internal teams
  • Present project status and proof-of-concept results to IT leadership before any wider or senior-leadership distribution
  • Identify, propose, and help implement other efficiency-gaining AI initiatives as ATS's AI adoption program matures

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Working knowledge of modern AI/LLM tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot) and genuine interest in prompt engineering and AI agent design
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, OneDrive), with willingness to learn Microsoft Graph and service-account/permissions concepts
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document technical AI work clearly for a non-technical audience
  • Comfortable working on ambiguous, evolving proof-of-concept projects while proactively checking in with stakeholders on scope rather than expanding it unilaterally
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation habits
  • Collaborative mindset; able to work closely and patiently with IT staff to gather process knowledge
  • Basic scripting or data-handling aptitude (e.g., Python, Power Automate) a plus
  • Ability to work independently, take a project from idea to working prototype, and take/give constructive feedback

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

This position is an in-person, office-based role and is not eligible for remote work. The role requires extended periods of sitting and working at a desk or computer, including frequent typing and repetitive use of a mouse and keyboard.
