Senior Commissions Analyst, Service Commissions
Job Responsibilities:
• Review and understand incentive compensation plans, and ensure the accurate and timely system setup and commission payments for approximately 2,400 UKG Global Service payees
• Engage with managers of all levels and assist in the annual development and modification of compensation plans to meet changing demands of the business
• Serve as a commissions system and process expert in the work group
• Take responsibility for accurate and timely data entry and employee payouts
• Perform modeling and ad-hoc analysis to monitor success of new ICP's, etc.
• Identify downstream HR reporting issues and engage with appropriate resources to make the necessary corrections or adjustments
• Participate in process improvements across all UKG payroll groups to improve consistency in payment administration
Qualifications:
• Accuracy, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and business acumen are essential
• Ability to work independently
• 5+ years experience in administering commissions in an automated commission system, for a medium to large size company
• Experience communicating with field service personnel of all levels on compensation issues
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
• Experience with ERP systems and data warehouse applications a plus
• Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred
• An understanding of commission accounting concepts (accruals, payments, P&L impact, etc.)
• Experience with commission process improvement

The pay range for this position is $80,800 to $100,000. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and work location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus plan and to receive restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
