Licensed Insurance CSR / Producer (P&C) – Build Relationships, Not Just Handle Work

If you’re currently working in an agency and feeling stretched thin, underappreciated, or stuck doing both service and sales without real support—this role is worth a look.

Del Duke Insurance Group is a privately owned, independent agency that’s been serving clients since 1934—but what matters more is how we operate today: organized, relationship-driven, and built to support experienced insurance professionals.

What This Role Actually Looks Like

This is a hybrid service + production role, but not in the overwhelming way most agencies structure it.

  • You’ll manage and grow client relationships—not just react to emails all day
  • Work warm leads and referrals (not pure cold calling)
  • Handle endorsements, renewals, and coverage reviews with support
  • Use AMS360 in a structured, organized workflow environment

Compensation (Transparent & Realistic)

  • Base + commission + bonuses
  • $65,000 – $85,000 first-year expected earnings
  • Additional upside for producers who want to grow a book

Why People Like Working Here

  • No chaos or disorganized books
  • No micromanaging
  • Leadership that understands agency workload
  • Real work-life balance (not just a buzzword)
  • Flexibility once you’re established

Who This Is Perfect For

  • Licensed P&C professional with agency experience
  • Comfortable handling clients AND identifying opportunities
  • Someone who wants to grow income without burning out
  • Experience with AMS360 is a big plus

Growth Path

This role can evolve based on your strengths:

  • Service-focused → Senior Account Manager
  • Sales-driven → Producer with a growing book
  • Leadership opportunities as we continue to grow

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday (no weekends)
  • Flexible scheduling

If you’re in a good spot, you probably won’t apply—and that’s okay.

But if you’ve been thinking:

“There has to be a better agency to work at…”

This might be it.
