Job description

Job Summary:
Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Agile Developer III to join our team! The role involves modernizing a legacy operational system using a microservices-based architecture and cutting-edge technologies, focusing on testing and supporting Agile software development.
Responsibilities:
• Utilize a test framework to execute manual and automated tests
• Author tests utilizing Cucumber and Playwright
• Apply knowledge of microservices design & architecture, CI/CD, test frameworks and automation, and Agile methodology
• Execute load and performance testing, chaos testing, functional testing, and end-to-end testing
• Support Agile development and delivery of software
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline plus 9 years of experience, or a Master’s degree plus 7 years of experience, or equivalent experience/combined education
• An active Top Secret clearance with polygraph (CI poly within 7 years)
Preferred:
• Tools: Playwright, Cucumber, JMeter, Swagger (or similar API tool), Selenium, Cypress, 508 testing tools (JAWS or NVDA)
• Software: Java, JavaScript, Python, Ansible
• Other: Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, GitLab, Jira
