o Develop and deliver Agile & DevOps consulting solutions to TCS clientso Provide strategic transformation mentoring to client executives and become a trusted advisoro Provide coaching, training, mentoring to TCS client organizations on Agile and related methodologies o Supervise a team of culturally diverse and distributed team of 2 to 10 consultants (senior, middle, and junior level) depending on the engagemento Provide hands-on support to across all levels in the customer?s organization to help them adopt new practices and ways of working
Education: At least a bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field is required
