Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach executives on supporting organizational structures for agile transformations
  • Teach, lead, and mentor cross-functional business groups to build, sustain, and strengthen Agile values, scrum concepts and practices, providing them the necessary tools and guidance to successfully implement across high impact programs throughout the enterprise
  • Drive consistent Agile practices and strategy across the organization to enhance business value delivery and responsiveness to organization and marketplace opportunities
  • Grow trust by monitoring the health of the collective team, checking that our commitments, pace, and quality are on track with organizational standards
  • Advise Agile coaches in their communications and process activities while nurturing their ability to serve
  • Ensure appropriate risk management and control practices are integrated into the lifecycle of Agile initiatives
  • Lead the charge in enhancing Agile delivery processes to reduce areas of uncertainty by identifying trade-offs between short and long term benefits to drive a shared vision across the organization
  • Coach and promote metrics leading to continuous improvement of the Agile delivery process and proposes solutions to the methodology to enhance it and care for unique situations
  • Keep abreast of industry trends of Agile and best practices for enhancing the practice
  • Identify and coach Agile evangelists across the organization who can act as informal mentors/peers and continue increasing the maturity across the organization

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of professional experience using Agile methodologies in dynamic environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate complex messages and new concepts
  • Strong emotional intelligence and organizational awareness with ability to challenge organizational norms and influence decisions without formal authority
  • Strong interpersonal skills including active listening, coaching, consultation and collaboration
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
  • Experience with large scale software delivery and/or Agile transformation at scale in large enterprise organizations
  • Thorough Knowledge and background of Lean Agile methods; can provide demonstrated results using Agile principles
  • Working knowledge of handling hybrid environments (Agile and non-Agile integrations and interactions) with the flexibility to adapt to new and evolving environments
  • Successfully coached/led initiatives using Scrum, Kanban and efforts using Scrum at Scale, SAFe, or other scaling frameworks
  • Knowledge of Agile Engineering practices including Enterprise Architecture, DevOps (CI-CD, Test Driven Development, etc.)
  • Strong product management knowledge to be able to coach people in the role of Product Owner and Chief Product Owner
