Eskola, LLC - Nashville, Tennessee  |  Full-Time  |  $85,000 - $110,000 / hour  (Based on Qualifications & Experience)


Eskola, LLC has been installing commercial and industrial roofing and waterproofing systems throughout the North and Southeastern U.S. since 1972. We are looking for a motivated Commercial Roofing Project Manager to join our Nashville, Tennessee team! 


We seeking a motivated Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute commercial roofing projects. This role ensures projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while meeting high quality standards, combining deep industry knowledge with strong leadership and project management skills.


What You Will Do


  • Direct daily production activities for commercial roofing projects, developing and implementing production schedules and adjusting plans as needed
  • Lead, train, and supervise on-site production teams, subcontractors, and support staff, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement
  • Develop and manage project budgets, coordinate procurement and delivery of materials and equipment, and monitor expenses for cost-effective operations
  • Enforce OSHA guidelines, company safety policies, and industry best practices; conduct regular site inspections and quality checks
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, clients, and suppliers on timelines, progress, and challenges; provide progress reports and performance metrics to senior management
  • Identify potential risks and implement proactive solutions to mitigate delays or cost overruns
  • Maintain accurate project records and documentation, presenting updates to stakeholders



What We Are Looking For


  • 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing project management or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of roofing materials, installation techniques, and industry best practices
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently under tight deadlines, with experience managing customer expectations
  • Comfortable working at heights and capable of safely using ladders and other elevated access equipment
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening


Preferred Skills & Certifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • OSHA 10 or 30 certified
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
