Working closely with the Roofing Division Director and our sales team, the Estimator will ensure the accuracy of labor, material, and installation cost evaluations. Your contributions will play a key role in project efficiency, client satisfaction, and overall division growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver full estimating services, including reviewing blueprints, construction drawings, specs, and scope documents.

  • Collaborate with third-party teams and internal stakeholders to clarify project scopes.
  • Submit detailed proposal packages to clients.
  • Identify risks and ensure all aspects of projects are properly priced.
  • Submit and follow up on RFIs to resolve scope gaps or design clarifications.
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure competitive pricing and material accuracy.
  • Coordinate with project managers and coordinators to ensure smooth project hand-offs and job set-ups.
  • Conduct occasional site visits for estimation accuracy.
  • Support project kickoff with the operational team.
