We are currently seeking a Site Supervisor to join our Construction Operations team to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Role Overview:
The Site Supervisor is responsible for managing field operations and overseeing subcontractors to ensure that all construction projects meet Best Roofing's quality, safety, and productivity standards. This role serves as the primary onsite contact for subcontractors, consultants, inspectors, and clients, while ensuring adherence to company processes and project timelines. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of leading teams in a fast-paced construction environment.
Core Focus:
• Ensure all projects are executed safely, efficiently, and meet Best Roofing quality standards.
• Supervise subcontractors and maintain accountability for work quality, site organization, and adherence to project timelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation, project updates, and communication with stakeholders to support operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and enforce subcontractor quality standards, including inspecting seams, penetrations, tie-ins, and ensuring work is completed without temporary measures.
• Maintain job site housekeeping and ensure compliance with company safety standards.
• Manage daily inventory of materials and Best Roofing equipment; ensure proofs of delivery are submitted to the Construction Manager.
• Serve as the primary onsite contact for subcontractors, consultants, city inspectors, and clients.
• Provide daily project progress updates, including photos and videos, to the project team.
• Maintain company equipment and assigned vehicles, ensuring necessary fuel, oil, and maintenance supplies are available.
• Coordinate crane and dumpster schedules with the Construction Manager.
• Enforce Best Roofing's subcontractor apparel and safety policies.
• Record daily work hours accurately
• Attend Best Roofing University training sessions and apply learning from "The 31 Steps of the Construction Project."
• Perform other duties as assigned to support project success.

• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of anticipating and resolving project challenges.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and willing to take on multiple responsibilities to ensure project completion.
• Strong math and language skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume construction environment.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable truck for work-related travel; vehicle allowance provided.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to ascend ladders, work at heights, and navigate variable roof slopes.
