Base Salary + Uncapped Commission | Target OTE: $200,000+

Your Role:

We are seeking a Partner Relationship Manager to own and scale our White Label Program. This individual will be responsible for managing existing partners, prospecting and onboarding new partners, and optimizing partner performance to drive loan origination volume and revenue growth.


This is a highly cross-functional role requiring strong relationship management, operational execution, and commercial acumen. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with external partners while also building internal processes to support a scalable program.


Responsibilities:
Program Ownership

  • Own the end-to-end White Label Program, including strategy, execution, and performance tracking

  • Develop and refine the partner value proposition, onboarding process, and engagement model

  • Identify opportunities to scale and improve the program


Partner Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all white label partners

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders

  • Monitor partner performance and proactively address gaps


Partner Onboarding & Enablement

  • Lead onboarding of new partners, ensuring a seamless launch

  • Work with your own BDR team to prospect and build relationships with new partners

  • Train partners on New Silver products, processes, and systems

  • Create materials and playbooks to support partner success


Growth & Revenue Generation

  • Drive loan volume through partner channels

  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing partnerships

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to support partner-driven growth


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Operations, Capital Markets, and Product teams

  • Act as the internal advocate for partner needs and feedback

  • Help streamline processes to improve partner and borrower experience


Reporting & Analytics

  • Track KPIs including partner performance, conversion rates, and revenue contribution

  • Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership

  • Use data to inform strategy and decision-making


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Partnerships, Account Management, or Business Development

  • Experience in real estate construction and fix and flip lending required

  • Commercially driven with a focus on revenue and performance metrics

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability and desire to work hard and be available

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
