Job Summary
The Commercial Relationship Manager is responsible for developing and managing long-term relationships with commercial clients, delivering tailored financial solutions, and driving portfolio growth and profitability. This role combines strategic client engagement with financial acumen and consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build, grow, and maintain a commercial client portfolio through proactive engagement and consultative selling
  • Serve as the primary relationship contact, ensuring excellent client service and responsiveness
  • Identify client financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions, including loans, deposits, and treasury services
  • Partner with internal teams (credit, underwriting, operations) to structure and close deals efficiently
  • Monitor client performance, assess credit risk, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, and targeted market activities
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure adherence to all regulatory standards
