Role Description


We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of a portfolio of commercial properties. This full-time, on-site role is based in Carrollton, TX. Responsibilities include managing lease agreements, overseeing tenant relations, coordinating property maintenance, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The role demands effective communication and negotiation with tenants, vendors, and team members to ensure seamless property operations.


Qualifications


Basic knowledge in Commercial Real Estate Construction

Experience in Commercial Property Management - Retail sector

Experience in Lease Administration, including understanding and managing lease documents and agreements

Strong Communication skills for interacting with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders

Knowledge of Property Management practices, including financial oversight and operational efficiencies

Familiarity with commercial properties and leasing processes

Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in property management software is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field preferred
