Position Overview

The Senior Project Manager will be based in Atlanta, GA, overseeing large-scale commercial new construction roofing projects from pre-construction through closeout.

This role is responsible for managing complex projects, supporting field teams, and ensuring successful execution across multiple active jobs. The Senior PM will also play a key role in strengthening relationships with general contractors and supporting the growth of the Atlanta market.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead large-scale commercial roofing projects from contract award through final completion

  • Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously

  • Coordinate with general contractors, owners, and internal teams

  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets

  • Oversee submittals, RFIs, change orders, and documentation

  • Track labor productivity and material costs to maintain profitability

  • Support superintendents and field teams throughout project execution

  • Lead project meetings with general contractors and owners

  • Provide forecasting and financial reporting to leadership

  • Mentor and support junior project managers when applicable

  • Ensure projects meet safety and quality standards

  • Manage project closeout, warranties, and turnover documentation


Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience managing commercial roofing projects

  • Strong background in new construction roofing

  • Experience managing large commercial projects
