Join Mark IV Enterprises as a Commercial Leasing Manager and play a key role in growing and strengthening our commercial portfolio. We’re looking for a relationship-driven, results-oriented professional who can identify opportunities, build strong tenant relationships, and drive successful leasing outcomes.

Responsibilities:

· Develop marketing strategies for Mark IV’s commercial real estate portfolio including office, restaurant, and retail space throughout the Rochester area

· Manage commercial properties in coordination with Director of Commercial Maintenance and Chief Operating Officer

· Actively pursue local and national tenants to fill vacancies for Mark IV’s existing commercial properties as well as undeveloped land for future construction

· Show commercial spaces to prospective tenants and brokers

· Work with construction team to coordinate tenant build-outs

· Maintain relationships with tenants and brokers

· Work with Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and General Counsel to determine appropriate lease terms

· Negotiate leases and lease renewals with tenants, brokers, and attorneys

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

· Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in commercial leasing

· Real Estate license preferred

· Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate or another related field or comparable experience

· Ability to read floor plans and knowledge of space planning / design

· Experience with digital marketing techniques and practices

· Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from senior level management, tenants, and brokers

· Microsoft Office proficiency
