Reliable Electric and Lighting is growing and has an immediate need to hire five experienced Commercial Lighting Retrofit Foremen. If you're an experienced leader looking for your next opportunity, we want to speak with you today.
This position requires a hands-on leader with extensive commercial lighting retrofit experience, strong leadership abilities, and excellent organizational skills. You will lead crews on projects across the United States while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
What You'll Do
  • Lead commercial lighting retrofit crews on projects nationwide.
  • Manage daily jobsite operations and maintain production schedules.
  • Ensure all work is performed safely and according to company standards.
  • Complete all required paperwork, including:
    • Daily reports
    • Timecards
    • Material tracking
    • Safety documentation
    • Project documentation
  • Communicate effectively with Project Managers, Superintendents, customers, and crew members.
  • Train, mentor, and develop field employees.
  • Maintain quality workmanship while meeting project deadlines.
What We're Looking For
  • Commercial lighting retrofit experience is required.
  • Previous Foreman or Crew Leader experience.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Experience managing project paperwork and documentation.
  • Ability to read lighting layouts and electrical drawings.
  • Willingness to travel nationwide.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • OSHA certification is a plus.

Requirements

  • Ability to read and interpret lighting layouts, electrical drawings, and project specifications.
  • Experience completing daily reports, timecards, material tracking, and other project documentation.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be willing to work a significant amount of overtime.
  • Willing and able to travel extensively throughout the United States.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Clean driving record required.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screenings.
  • OSHA 10 certification required (OSHA 30 preferred).
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
