Job Description

  • Support and lead commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, and development
  • Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, and related transaction documents
  • Work on mixed-use, condominium, and multifamily projects
  • Advise on regulatory and local real estate matters such as TOPA, ROFRs, and rent control
  • Collaborate directly with partners and clients throughout the transaction lifecycle

  • 1+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience
