Job description

Well established, commercial laundry equipment company is looking for a highly motivated, success driven Commercial Laundry Repair Technician.

What you will Do

  • Improve, repair, install, modify, and maintain commercial laundry equipment including washers, dryers, ironers, etc.
  • Troubleshoot and repair commercial laundry equipment
  • Complete visit paperwork to ensure that an accurate record of all activities for each location is available.
  • Manage assigned truck stock inventory
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through the deliverance of high-quality service
  • Providing knowledgeable and courteous repair service
  • Looking for ways to improve business performance and enhance the customer experience
  • Working mechanical knowledge, including the use of tools and test equipment
  • Ability to perform accurate repair of customer product

Physical demands of the position include:

  • Sitting and driving for extended periods of time in a service van
  • The ability to step-up, into, and out of the service van daily
  • Continuously reaching at or below shoulder level
  • Frequently bending, stooping, twisting, kneeling, crawling, sitting, standing, flexing/extending neck, grasping, squeezing, and fine motor/manipulations skills
  • Occasionally crouching, squatting, climbing/balancing, walking, and reaching above shoulder level

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Must hold a valid Driver License and automobile insurance
  • Knowledge of customer services ethics, principles and procedures
